Non-stick for more protection

In your production process, you can't afford to have anything sticking to the machines, tools or containers. Thanks to the low coefficients of friction of PTFE materials, sticky or viscous masses detach themselves easily from surfaces that are appropriately coated. Food-safe, chemical- and acid-resistant, and permanently resistant to temperatures up to 260°C, our PTFE coatings are genuine all-rounders in the food and plastics industries.

Using wet varnish and powder application techniques, we can provide technical coatings based on PTFE, PFA, MFA or FEP. They guarantee reliable protection against unwanted adhesion to your tools, rollers or moulds. In many cases, such coatings make processes possible that were not feasible before. In addition, they make your components easier to clean and thus increase your productivity.
