Combined features for increased efficiency

Our new multifunctional coating systems enable us to meet your increasing demands for economy and efficiency. For example, they combine wear protection with other properties like non-stick effect. In this way, we keep pushing at the boundaries of possibility and opening up new application potentials for you.

Our innovative systems have proven themselves in the paper, print, textile and food industries as duplex or triplex coatings. They combine a wear-preventing metal or ceramic layer with a sealing surface layer with non-stick or temperature-resistant properties. This technology is the process of choice for rollers and screw conveyors in particular. For other applications, we work with several coatings that are applied to different zones of one and the same workpiece, each with its own particular property.
